How to negotiate with the photographer

I'm amazed at the different ways in which people ask for that picture of themselves taken on that epic day at the beach. Many times it's, "Hey, Dude, email that shot to me". Other times it may be "where are you going to post those"? And on rare occasion, it may be, "how much is that shot of me"? First off, the photographer didn't lug thousands dollars of equipment to the beach and stand in the hot sun all day to give the stuff away. I use to do just that, but NO MORE. That should be a pretty simple concept, that professionals get paid for their work. Quality comes with a price, but that price may be negotiable with the correct approach. Thanks for stopping by and visiting.I have been thinking about where to take my photography to next? I decided to focus on quality over quanity. It seems that anyone and everyone now days has a website and they call themselves photographers. Facebook is loaded with people and individuals calling themselves "photographers". Most of what I see are people spending more time promoting themselves then concentrating on their photographic skills and knowledge. The bulk of these folks don't know an f-stop from a shutter speed, they just put the camera on that little green box and start clicking away.
